About the practice
Northbound Global is an education and migration advisory. We help people study, work and settle abroad, and we are deliberately smaller than the agencies that advertise on every hoarding in the city.
The category has a reputation problem, and it is earned. The standard model takes a fee upfront, promises an outcome nobody can promise, and passes the candidate between four people who have each read a different part of the file. The commission from the receiving institution, not the candidate, is where the money is.
We charge the candidate, publish what we charge, and say no to files we do not think will succeed. That is a smaller business. It is also the only version of this we were willing to run.

How a file runs

Assessment first, and it is honest
We look at your marks, your funds and your timeline against the published criteria, and tell you which routes are realistic. If none of them are, you hear that in the first meeting rather than after a fee has changed hands.

A shortlist with the real number on it
Every option comes with its total cost in one figure — tuition, rent, insurance, flights and our fee. Most candidates discover the ranking changes completely once the whole number is visible.

One adviser, the whole way
The person who assessed you is the person who files your application. You are not handed to a documentation desk once the invoice is paid.

Through the decision, and after it
Visa filing, interview preparation, and the practical parts nobody briefs you on: the first bank account, the first tenancy, the first month.
